We focus on a coordinated strategy to transform lives in our community.

Our strategy includes:

Encouraging kids to experience Jesus in their own communities through a weekly mobile bus ministry in their own neighborhoods.

Partnering with and connecting the local churches to connect families to the Body of Christ.

Organize local children's ministry leaders to establish a like-minded purpose.

Serve as a resource hub for the basic needs of food, shelter, safety, and love to families.

Kristin Montgomery

Executive Director of Operations

Kristin has been around children most of her life.  She spent 8 years in the public education system before serving for several years in an early childhood ministry.  She has a radical love for serving and growing the Kingdom! God challenged her when she was called to step out of her comfortable life at a local church and into a leadership position at Kingdom Come.  Now, Kristin's role at KCM is to plant seeds in others and then, cultivate and encourage their relationship with Jesus Christ. As one of the co-directors, she loves outreach and teaching the Word in the park, as well as, developing relationships and doing life with those people she meets along the way.

Kristin grew up in West Texas and received a Bachelor's Degree from Angelo State University in Early Childhood and Special Education.  She is married to Chad and they stay busy with their 3 children, Madden (15), Maren (13) and Mclaine (7).

Leslie Roach

Executive Director of Ministry

Leslie's%252520Headshot_edited_edited_ed

Leslie has served in children's ministry for over 20 years and has the heart to see kids enter into a relationship with Jesus and experience His presence first hand within their lives. After serving numerous years within a local church, God ignited Leslie's heart with the passion of an evangelist. She left the comfort of her home church and paying job to step out in faith and trust the Lord's leading in establishing Kingdom Come. Leslie’s role within KCM is to steer the ship by leading with vision and passion. She wears many hats being the co-director but her favorite has always been loving on people and being out on the streets teaching the Word.

Leslie is a native of Lubbock, a Red Raider alum graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies, and she shares her home with her beloved dog, Poppy Jane
